Not close to a homeport? No problem! With P&O CruiseAir, we organise your travel for you. CruiseAir will book your flights from your home to the homeport and back again. With P&O CruiseAir all you have to do is pack your bag!

You can customise your flights to suit your travel plans, including your choice of airline, travel class, route, dates and flight times. Choose from Flexible or Restricted fares, each with their own benefits.

We know that things don’t always go according to plan. That’s why P&O CruiseAir provides you with late arrival protection. What this means is that in the event of an airline delay or airline service disruption, we will do what we can to find a reasonable alternative to get you to the next appropriate port at no additional cost.

Why book a P&O Cruises transfer?

  • Direct transfer to and/or from your ship in a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle.
  • On arrival at the airport or Central Railway Station, your P&O Representative will greet you and show you to your transportation.

How do I book?

Booking is easy! Simply contact your travel agent or our Customer Service & Sales team on 1300 159 454 (AU) or 0800 780 716 (NZ).

Transfers can be booked through us, whether you’ve booked your flights independently or through P&O Cruise Air. To book a transfer, independently booked flights must be booked in line with our flight guidelines.

Transfers from White Bay Cruise Terminal to Central Railway Station on day of disembarkation can be booked onboard.

Once your transfer has been booked, a confirmation note will appear as part of your P&O Cruises eTicket. Please show your transfer eTicket to your P&O Representative on the day of travel and we will take care of the rest!

Terms & Conditions

Transfer prices are subject to change and are only valid on the day of embarkation/disembarkation. Luggage fees are included in your P&O Cruise Air flight booking, subject to the airline's luggage limits. Transfers are not included in P&O Cruise Air bookings. When booking transfers only, independently booked flights must be booked to arrive and depart within our flight guidelines listed on page 130 of the latest P&O Cruises brochure. Should independently booked flights be delayed on the day of embarkation by more than the time listed in our guidelines, no guarantee or refund of the transfer can be offered. Transfers are non-refundable within 14 days of the transfer date. When booking flights independently, flight details must be advised at the time of booking the transfers.     Your P&O Cruises luggage tags are included with your eTicket. Please ensure one tag is printed, filled in and attached to each piece of luggage prior to arriving at the terminal on the day of departure.

    The departure wharf for your cruise will be displayed on your eTicket, in Cruise Control, as well as your booking confirmation.

    Please go to 'Find a Cruise' at the top of this page and search for your cruise by the port or date, or alternatively you go to the 'search tab' and select your cruise from the available list. Once your cruise is open, scroll down to 'Where You'll Go' and details for your cruise's arrival and departure will be there.

    Staggered check in times are in place on all P&OCruises’ departures. Simply log into Cruise Control at any time from 60 days prior to departure to select your preferred check in time.
