Introducing our NEW & UPDATED P&O Assurance policy to provide you with maximum peace of mind and flexibility on your next cruise holiday. Whether you are already booked or simply planning your next dream cruise – rest assured you can cruise with confidence with us.

For cruises departing before 30 November 2021 and booked prior to 3 March 2021, you can now cancel your cruise up to 75 days prior to sailing with zero cancellation fee and receive a full refund. For sailings on or before 4 March 2021, we will give you even more flexibility with free cancellation up to 30 days prior to sailing.

Even if you change your mind later, you can still get your cancellation fees back as a Future Cruise Credit* as long as you cancel at least 14 days before sailing.

Terms and Conditions

The P&O Assurance Program (“P&O Assurance”) is available for all bookings on P&O Cruises Australia cruises scheduled to depart on and before 30 November 2021. Guests on eligible cruises can cancel their booking prior to final payment due date and receive a full refund with all cruise fare cancellation fees waived. If the cancellation occurs after final payment date and 14 days prior to sailing date, the guest can receive a Future Cruise Credit (“FCC”) equal to the amount of the cruise cancellation fee upon request via our online form. The FCC is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused FCC amount will expire after 31 December 2021. The FCC can only be used towards the payment of the cruise fare on bookings with P&O Cruises Australia. It can be applied to multiple bookings.
