P&O Cruises Temporary Payment Policy


P&O Cruises is working hard to offer as much certainty as we can as we deal with the extended freeze on cruising and are committed to doing everything to support guests through these times in relation to cruise bookings.

In a bid to provide some relief and comfort at a time when there is so much economic uncertainty, we are delaying the final payment for cruises scheduled to depart between June – August 2020.

On these cruises we’re asking guests to make their final payment 30 days prior to the date of departure, instead of the standard 75 days.

The temporary update to our payment policy applies to cruises on Pacific Explorer, Pacific Dawn and Pacific Aria scheduled to depart Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland respectively between June 16 and August 31, 2020.

We understand that we are living in a period of rapid change, where governments are making decisions each day that are dramatically changing the way we go about our everyday lives.

In the unfortunate event that we would need to cancel your upcoming cruise, we will provide you with a full refund or compensation offer.
