Future Cruise Credits
What is a Future Cruise Credit?
A Future Cruise Credit is like a store voucher or gift card that can be used to pay for the cruise fare on a new or existing booking with us.
From 5 December 2021, our Future Cruise Credits will be reclassified into two distinct types of credits:
| 1. Future Cruise Credits - These are credits issued under P&O's Operational Pause and the P&O Assurance Policy, and now feature additional benefits and ways to use them. |
| 2. Future Cruise Discounts - These are credits issued as goodwill gestures, which have been renamed Future Cruise Discounts. These will continue to be able to be used in the same manner as when they were issued. Please note, the additional benefits being introduced for Future Cruise Credits do not apply to Future Cruise Discounts. |

How do I use it online?
When booking on the website, you can use your Future Cruise Credit or Future Cruise Discount in 3 easy steps!
| 1. Find your next cruise, choose your room and options. | 2. When booking, be sure to login to your account and check your Cruiseling number. | 3. Your Future Cruise Credit will automatically be applied to your fare. |
Please note, you have the option of removing your Future Cruise Credit from your booking if you prefer to use it elsewhere. Just make sure you use your Future Cruise Credit before it expires.
