Cancelled Cruise Updates


At P&O Cruises Australia the health, safety and well-being of our guests, our loyal crew and the communities we visit is our top priority. As we continue to take guidance from international & local government authorities, public health experts and the broader community, we have implemented a temporary pause in operations for all departures on and before 29 April 2021.

With Pacific Adventure™ and Pacific Encounter now scheduled to join our fleet on 30 April and 7 May 2021 respectively and the sale of Pacific Dawn and Pacific Aria, we have made additional changes to some 2021 itineraries.

The following departures are impacted fleet wide:

  • Pacific Explorer – all departures on and before 25 April 2021
  • Pacific Adventure™ – all departures on and before 29 April 2021
  • Pacific Encounter – all departures on and before 6 May 2021
  • Pacific Dawn - all departures on and before 11 February 2021
  • Pacific Aria - all departures on and before 15 April 2021

Please Note: Pacific Encounter is scheduled to homeport in Brisbane from 7 May 2021. Guests booked on Pacific Explorer cruises departing from Brisbane from 7 May 2021 to 6 November 2021 will be automatically transferred to the same itinerary on Pacific Encounter. If you do not want to cruise on Pacific Encounter or can no longer travel, we will offer a full refund of monies paid to P&O Cruises Australia.
