FUTURE CRUISE CREDITS & REFUNDS

Temporary pause on all sailings from Australia departing on and before September 17, 2020 and all sailings from New Zealand departing on and before August 31, 2020.

In response to continuing travel restrictions due to the impact of COVID-19, we have implemented a temporary pause of our operations for sailings to September 17, 2020 in Australia and until August 31, 2020 in New Zealand.

To check if your booking or upcoming cruise holiday has been affected by our pause in operations, simply enter your booking number in our look-up tool below. For guests impacted by this change, please accept our sincere apologies and be assured we understand your disappointment.

P&O ASSURANCE

New policy for sailings up to October 31, 2020

We are also pleased to announce the launch of P&O Assurance – our new payments and cancellation policy designed to provide you with maximum flexibility in your cruise holiday plans over this period. For any existing or new bookings made on cruises departing between September 1 to October 31, 2020 guests can now cancel their booking for any reason up to 48 hours prior to departure and receive a Future Cruise Credit to the value of the original cruise fare paid to us, valid for use until December 31, 2021. We have also relaxed our payments policy to defer the final payment date to 30 days prior to departure. For more information see here.

We wanted to let you know that P&O Cruises has extended the rolling pause in cruise operations in Australia to September 17, 2020. This is in response to the Australian Government’s approach to managing the resumption of international cruising in our region.
