    What if I need a wheelchair to embark to embark the ship?

    If you require a wheelchair for boarding please make contact with the Wheelchair Registration desk when you get to the terminal.

    What is involved in the check-in and embarkation process?

    When you first get to the cruise terminal, you will need to check-in your luggage at the luggage drop-off area. You will then be provided with a Health Questionnaire that must be completed prior to check-in.

    Where does my cruise depart from?

    The departure wharf for your cruise will be displayed on your eTicket, in Cruise Control, as well as your booking confirmation.

    Do I need luggage tags?

    Yes. Your P&O Cruises luggage tags are included with your eTicket.

    Where can I find the latest check-in and departure information?

    Call Arrivals and Departures Infoline is updated at least 48 hours before arrival/departure. For any last minute changes, we will send a message to the mobile number provided at time of booking.

    What time can I check-in for my cruise?

    Staggered check in times are in place on all P&O Cruises' departures. Simply log into Cruise Control at any time from 60 days prior to departure to select your preferred check in time.

    Do you offer transfers from the Sydney CBD to White Bay Cruise Terminal?

    We certainly do. On the day of departure, we operate multiple transfers from Sydney’s Central Train Station to White Bay Cruise Terminal.
