What time can I check-in for my cruise?

Staggered check in times are in place on all P&OCruises’ departures. Simply log into Cruise Control at any time from 60 days prior to departure to select your preferred check in time.

Please note, check-in times will be available once your booking has been paid in full and room number assigned. Once your check in time has been selected, this time will display on your eTicket, which you should print and bring along with you to the cruise terminal.

To avoid congestion and long wait times, please do not arrive to the wharf prior to your selected check in time. Check in closes one hour prior to your cruises’ scheduled departure time.
