What is the process to go ashore at a tender port?

To go ashore at a tender port, guests may be required to book a tender ticket in advance. This can be done once onboard using the P&O app or at one of the Shore Tour self-serve kiosks.

Guests who have priority tender access (indicated by the anchor symbol on their cruise card) and guests booked on P&O shore tours do not need to get a tender ticket.
