What is a guarantee booking?

A guarantee booking is where we guarantee a room in the category the guest has booked or one of a higher price (at no additional cost), if we are unable to allocate a room in that category. The room number can be assigned anywhere from 65 days up until the day of departure. Rooms are berthed at our discretion, anywhere on the ship. Once the room has been allocated it is unable to be changed. If a guest would like to request a room in a specific location, we would recommend they find a category with available room numbers when making a booking.
