What happens if I miss my shore tour?

It is your personal responsibility to ensure that you are at the departure point of your tour on time. Refunds are not available to guests who fail to appear for Shore Tours on time.

If you are unable to join the tour due to illness, a refund will be available on presentation of a certificate from the ship’s doctor.
