I have changed the spelling of my name on my booking, will I get a new eTicket?


Once your eTicket has been issued, if you make any changes to the names on your booking, including spelling corrections, this will automatically update on your eTicket in Cruise Control. Please allow a few minutes before checking your eTicket for the change to come through.

Please note that name changes, including spelling corrections can only be made by contacting your travel agent or our Customer Sales & Service team.
