How do I claim my remaining balance or winnings from the casino?

If you have played in the casino during your cruise, please be sure to cash out any remaining balance or winnings from your casino account (also referred to as your players bank) in the casino before it closes on the last night of the cruise. The casino will not be open on disembarkation day.

Casino accounts are separate to onboard accounts and can only be cashed out at the casino.
