Sometimes you may no longer be able to sail on your upcoming cruise, due to extenuating circumstances outside of their control. In case of illness, you can submit a request form to cancel your booking without penalty under our compassionate policy.

P&O cruise bookings are generally subject to our booking and travel conditions which outlines our cancellation policy and the relevant fees. However, at our discretion we may be able to offer you some additional options for your cruise booking.
