Can wheelchairs, mobility scooters, and other mobility aids be taken on a tender?

Guests may be able to take their mobility aid on the tender, however this must be lifted on by them, or their travelling companion and will need to be collapsed/folded. Guests are not permitted to sit in/on a mobility aid on tenders. Please also note that for safety reasons, crew cannot carry or assist with mobility devices down the gangway or pontoon nor assist with lifting these to or from tenders. Crew are also not permitted to help lift a guest in or out of tenders.

Guests who require the assistance of a mobility aid will need to be able to board a tender independently and this may involve access via stairs and walking along a pontoon to step across to the tender. The pontoon and tender are subject to some movement from the ocean.
