Can I cancel a guest out of my booking?
Although we would love to see all your guests onboard, we understand that plans can change. Should you need to cancel a guest from your booking, we ask that you notify your travel agent or our friendly customer sales & service team at your earliest convenience. Your booking will be subject to cancellation fees as per our terms and conditions in our brochure.
Alternatively you can make an name change on your booking at no additional cost, unless you have booked on a GO Fare or one of our Short Sales, where there will be an administration fee of $50 per name change. Please note, one original guest from the booking must always remain in the cabin. If all original guests cancel/are replaced, the booking will be subject to cancellation fees as per our terms and conditions in our brochure.
If the cancelling guest was the only person that qualified the booking for a promotional fare, additional and remaining guests will no longer be entitled to the promotional fare. The booking will revert to a different fare and the remaining guests will need to pay the difference in cost, if any.
