If I am unwell and need to cancel my cruise, can I get a refund?


If you need to cancel your cruise, including if you test positive to COVID-19 within five days before your cruise, our cancellation and refund policy will apply. Please note that if you booked through a travel agent, their cancellation and refund terms may differ.

If you have a valid travel insurance policy, please submit a claim with your insurance provider. If you booked directly with P&O, our team will be able to provide you with confirmation of your cancellation showing any refunds and non-refundable components of your booking, which can be used as a supporting document for your insurance claim.
