What is the difference between Cruise Control and the P&O App?

Cruise Control allows you to manage your booking before you sail. You can complete online check in, add your medical and dietary requirements, as well as link your debit/credit card and upload your photo. You can also pre-book book shore tours and purchase spa treatments and drinks or internet packages - all before you sail. You can also use Cruise Control to upgrade your room, select your check in time and print or download your eTicket. Once you're sailing, you won't be able to access Cruise Control.

The P&O App is used for information before you sail - you'll see a countdown to your next cruise as well as any other upcoming bookings and if you've got your eTicket, you'll see your digital boarding pass as well.

Once onboard, you'll be able to use the P&O App to make dinner reservations, plan your daily itinerary, purchase shore tours and chat with other guests. You can see your account statement and important announcements from The Bridge - it makes life onboard so much easier!
