What is my P&O Cruises Account?

The P&O Cruises Account is the username and password you register to access both the P&O Cruises Australia Website and the P&O Cruises Australia App. If you have an existing account you can use this to log into the P&O Cruises App. If you’re not sure if you have an existing P&O Account, you can [contact us](https://www.pocruises.com.au/contact-us) and we’ll check for you.

Your P&O Cruises Account needs to link to the Guest Code on your booking in order for you to be able to see your booking on the P&O App and be able to use the App during your cruise. You can find your Guest Code on any emails or correspondence we send you. It’s also on the P&O Cruises Website when you login and view your details under MY P&O >VIEW MY DETAILS. You can also see it on the P&O App under Account > My Account > Profile.

If the Cruiseling Number on your P&O Account doesn’t match the one on your booking, please get in contact with us so we can update your booking.
