What devices can the P&O App be used on?

The P&O App currently supports the last three versions of each operating system, although the app might also work on earlier versions. This means it's compatible with over 7,000 different devices (smart phones and tablets).

If you get a message from the Apple Store or Google Play Store advising that your device is not compatible, please ensure that you have updated the Operating System on your device to the latest possible version.

If your device is not able to be updated to the latest version of the operating system, then the internet specialist onboard will be able to give you access to a web version of the app - this may have limited functionality.

You will need to ensure that you have an active P&O Account to ensure that you can login to the P&O App. Your P&O Account will allow you to login to the P&O Website and the P&O App with the same username and password. If you don't have an active P&O Account already, you can sign up on the P&O Website. Please make sure that the Guest Code on your booking is the same as the Guest Code in your P&O Account.
