How do I delete my P&O website and app account?


To request for your account to be deleted please email privacy@pocruises.com.au, and type ‘Account delete request’ in the subject. In the email, please include your full name and the email address associated with the account. Please note that this will delete your website and app account only. It will not delete any personal information related to any bookings held with us which we are legally required to retain, or any personal information provided if you signed up to receive promotional offers.

If you would like to request access to or correction of inaccurate, incomplete or out of date personal information, this can also be done by emailing privacy@pocruises.com.au.

Alternatively, if you would like to opt out of receiving promotional material from P&O Cruises or other Carnival brands, please email optout@pocruises.com.au.
