What if I test positive to COVID-19 within five days prior to my cruise?
If you test positive within five days prior to your cruise departure, please contact us or your travel agent to cancel, as you will not be permitted to cruise.
If you have a valid travel insurance policy, please submit a claim with your insurance provider.
In the event that you are unable to make a claim, or if your claim is denied, please submit a request via our Compassionate Request form with your booking details and any relevant documentation, including a letter of denial from your insurance provider. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case scenario, and there is no guarantee of reimbursement.
