Are there different types of credits?

Yes. From 5 December 2021, our Future Cruise Credits will be reclassified into two distinct types of credits:

* Future Cruise Credits – These are credits issued under P&Os Operational Pause and the P&O Assurance Policy, and now feature additional benefits and ways to use them. * Future Cruise Discounts– These are credits issued as goodwill gestures, which have been renamed Future Cruise Discounts. These will continue to be able to be used in the same manner as when they were issued. Please note, the additional benefits being introduced for Future Cruise Credits do not apply to Future Cruise Discounts.
