Complete your online check-in at www.cruisecontrol.pocruises.com.au.
Once mandatory details have been entered you will be able to print your E-Ticket. For any changes that cannot be made via Cruise Control, please contact email@example.com or call 0466 025 817.
Cruise Control must be completed for all passengers in the booking prior to embarkation day.
Changes of any kind, except for cancellations, will not be permitted after 5pm Sydney time Wednesday 7 June.
All cancellations need to be advised in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are unable to make it on the day please call 0466 025 817.
Please note any cancellations to attend the event received after 5pm Sydney time on Wednesday 14 June or no-shows on the day will incur a fee of AUD$150pp / NZD$150pp.
EMBARKATION / ARRIVAL
The best day of the year has arrived! Embarkation will take place at White Bay Cruise Terminal, Rozelle on Wednesday 21 June. Please refer to your E-Ticket for your allocated check-in time. Last check-in slot will be strictly 1.30pm. You will need a government issued photo ID at check-in (Queensland ‘Adult Proof of Age Card’ will be accepted; however, the older version of Queensland ‘Card 18+’ will not be accepted). Flights into Sydney should arrive no later than 11am.
DISEMBARKATION / DEPARTURE
Disembarkation will take place between 7am – 9am on Thursday 22 June, at White Bay Cruise Terminal, Rozelle. All guests must debark by 9am. We recommend that flights from Sydney depart no earlier than midday.
Wharf address: White Bay Cruise Terminal, Off James Craig Road, Rozelle.
Access to the wharf is via taxi or private vehicle. There is currently no public transport that operates to the wharf. Although there is parking at the wharf for pick-up and drop-off, there are no long-term parking facilities.
Room and dining allocations are subject to change up until check-in and may not reflect what is on your E-Ticket. Given the nature of this special event, we are unable to honour requests for specific room types, locations or numbers and dining times. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Please also note that Room Service will be unavailable.

PARTICIPANTS TO COVER
Afternoon: Cruise Casual
We suggest comfortable clothes for the afternoon events, which will allow you to explore and enjoy the ship with ease. For women, cruise casual attire may include pants, shorts, t-shirts and sundresses. For men, this may include shorts, polo shirts or t-shirts.
From our experience, we know that rubber-soled, low heeled or flat shoes with extra traction are favourable for making your way around the ship. Please be sure to check the local weather prior to departing and pack appropriately.
Bring your camera or smart phone along to take selfies while exploring the ship. For those who want a thrill, be sure to pack your swimsuit so you can try our epic new waterslides.
Evening: Cocktail (the colour of your mood!)Show us how you really feel when you dress to the colour of your mood. From the cool, calm and collected blue, to the fiery red, to the happy-go-lucky yellow, your outfit will say it all.
Money: You must register your credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) or debit card (Visa or MasterCard) when you check-in at the terminal, or you will be unable to board. To enable express check out, cash will not be accepted.
Health: During check-in all passengers will be required to answer some health questions. Dependant on those answers, you may be referred to the ship’s medical team and refused embarkation.
Medical & Mobility Requirements: We care about the health and safety of our guests. To assist, please make sure you have advised us if you have any condition that requires medical attention, medication or special treatment. We can’t accept any guests onboard who have entered their 24th week or later of pregnancy by the end of their cruise. Guests who are pregnant during their cruise need to supply a Doctor’s ‘Fit to travel’ note, including your estimated due date, prior to embarkation.Travel Insurance: It is essential that you purchase appropriate international travel insurance if you do not already have a policy. If you do not purchase appropriate insurance, you will not be able to claim for any medical costs, travel costs or other expenses that may arise. Australian Medicare, New Zealand ACC and private health insurance will not cover you for any medical costs on board. All cruises (even cruises that do not visit foreign ports) require international travel insurance. When organising travel insurance, ensure you are covered for general medical expenses, existing medical conditions, hospitalisation and medical evacuations.

P&O Cruises reserves the right to cancel this event at any time for reasons which are beyond its control. If this event is cancelled, you will be contacted on the mobile phone number you have provided. In the event of cancellation, P&O Cruises will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether direct or indirect, including any accommodation or travel arrangements you make as a result of the cancellation.
