Delve into the fascinating history of the Pacific Islands on this tour, which will take you to the Maritime Museum, and significant sites of convict history.
Take a scenic drive through Noumea’s countryside to the Maritime Museum. You’ll have 45 minutes to explore the museum, home to large displays of archaeological items from the shipwrecks of great navigators as well as maps and ship models. It’s a great outing for junior cruisers too, with interactive exhibits, games and quizzes to awaken their maritime curiosity.
Next up, travel to the end of the peninsula to visit sites of convict history before enjoying a short stop at Kuendu Beach – it’s a great spot for photos so make sure you bring your camera.
