Noumea is the most cosmopolitan city in the Pacific Islands but it’s no concrete jungle, it’s also home to lush landscapes, tropical beaches, the world’s largest lagoon and a unique blend of Pacific Island charm and French flavour. This guided coach tour will take you to two of the area’s most popular scenic lookouts to take in sweeping views across the city and out to the surrounding tropical paradise.
Journey through Noumea’s French-provincial style city centre, past the sheltered yacht marinas, picturesque bays and tree-lined beaches and through the scenic hills to Ouen Toro Lookout. Take in the sweeping views of the bays and beaches and out across the lagoon to tropical islands fringed with coral reefs.
Next stop is the equally impressive FOL viewpoint, for views over the Catholic Cathedral, the beautiful Coconut Square, city centre and your cruise ship berthed in the harbour.
Trust us when we say you’re going to want to bring your camera for this tour.
Breathtaking ocean views can be appreciated from the FOL Viewpoint and Ouen Toro Lookout.
