The reverberating sounds of a hollow drum, blowing of a conch shell and island serenades welcome you. Enjoy a complimentary refreshment before being lead to the Amphitheatre. Elders chant and young men remove burning logs from a smoking pit to reveal white-hot stones to start this ancient ceremony. Professionally produced and without conventional stage, the re-enactment is one with the island, its waterfall, jungle, the well-guarded chief's bure and the tallest Bure Kalou in Fiji. Then, stroll among the exotic tropical gardens, thrill to the music of island serenades or join a guided walking tour around the Arts Village.
