Tyrells - English immigrant Edward Tyrrell planted his first vines in the Hunter Valley in 1858, with 50 acres of vines on a 320-acre estate. His first vintage was in 1864, and by the turn of the century, the land had become recognised as some of the Hunter Valley’s finest vineyard land. Lindemans – One of Australia’s most recognized brands, both here and internationally. Enjoy sampling some of these hugely successful wines in beautiful surrounds. Hunter Valley Resort – Home to the largest working winery in the Hunter Valley and a recognised restaurant that also focuses on wine / food matching.
