Depart the wharf and travel via air-conditioned coach east to the beautiful Dandenong Ranges. First you will visit Grants on Sherbrooke to feed the rosellas and enjoy morning tea at the tea room. "Puffing Billy” winds its way for 13 kilometres over wooden trestle bridges, through fern gullies and past tall eucalyptus forests to reach Menzies Creek.

On total fire ban days, Puffing Billy will be pulled by a diesel engine. The train is not air-conditioned.
