The interactive experience begins inside Kingfisher resort where a chefs cooking station is assembled for easy viewing. Be joined by your ranger guide host who will explain all sorts of unique and interesting facts about bush tucker whilst the chef will whip up a storm with some lovely creations for you to taste. Sit back and watch as you as you pick up some handy tips on how to create your own bush tucker at home not to mention some traditional bush remedies. Your taste buds will be delighted with small samples of delicious dishes such as rich bush tomatoes from the desert, Quandongs from South Australia and Kakadu plums. You may even like to try freshly cooked crocodile, kangaroo or emu. Not only will you leave with an appreciation of bush tucker but you'll be armed with knowledge about how to add these fresh tasty ingredients into your everyday cooking.
