The Great Barrier Reef
A World Heritage listed site and the largest living thing on Earth, the Great Barrier Reef offers waters rich with coral and teeming with marine life. Explore the intricate coral gardens spotting brightly-coloured tropical fish, molluscs and maybe even visiting reef sharks, dolphins and turtles.
Your tour begins as you board a high-speed catamaran. In just 90-minutes you will arrive at a mooring on the Outer Great Barrier Reef. Enjoy an informative presentation by a marine naturalist onboard. Once you’re fitted with your equipment enjoy easy access to the water directly from the back of the vessel.
Enjoy a tropical buffet lunch, served in air-conditioned comfort aboard the vessel, then return to the water to swim or snorkel some more. If you’re feeling adventurous you can try an introductory or certified scuba experience (at an additional cost).
At the end of your Great Barrier Reef experience you can return to your cruise ship with a greater appreciation for this amazing island continent we call home.
