In the calmer sections, witness the world's oldest rainforest and waterfalls from a unique waterline perspective. Discover why the Barron's rapids have names like 'Rooster Tail', 'Cheese Churn' and 'Hells Gate'. The rapids are graded 2-3, with two rapids being particularly challenging. An experienced and highly skilled rafting guide will ensure that your trip is safe, yet filled with fun and excitement as you take on the challenging white water of the Barron River. Special Notes: - To make your day as enjoyable as possible, wear your swimsuit under your clothes, bring a towel, a change of clothes, lace-up shoes which are suitable for getting wet, plenty of biodegradable sunscreen - Bring money for drinks and souvenirs. - Prior rafting experience not required. - Walking over various terrain, inclines, declines, dirt paths and wet surfaces. - Guests may be required to assist in carrying the inflatable vessel to the water over slippery surfaces. Guests should wear shoes that can get wet and are secured to the feet. (not flip flops) - Please leave all jewellery and valuables in your room safe onboard your ship. - An environmental levy of $25.00 is included in the price of this tour - Minimum age is 12 years - Every participant must sign a Liability form.
