Rainforestation Nature Park & Skyrail Cableway
Explore Australia's World Heritage Rainforest. Begin with a scenic drive to Rainforestation National Park where you'll board an amphibious WWII "Army Duck" and learn of the mysteries of the ancient ecosystem. Feed kangaroos, see koalas, crocodiles, wombats and other Australian wildlife. Stroll along the Dreamtime Walk, see spear throwing and didgeridoo playing. At the Rainforestation Amphitheatre the Pamagirri Dancers will perform traditional chants, music, dance and songs.
Board a six-person gondola at the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway and glide over the rainforest canopy, through Barron Gorge, passing Stoney Creek Falls and the spectacular, 800-foot Barron Falls. Stop at two mid-stations where you can alight and explore the rainforest along paved walkways.
