Green Island Eco Adventure

Home to over 120 native plant species and colourful bird life and surrounded by coral gardens and abundant marine life, this is a hassle free Green Island tour. Take a catamaran ride across the Coral Sea to the island. Choose between a glass bottom boat coral viewing tour or hiring snorkel gear to dive in for a closer look. There’s also the magical rainforest to explore, a white-sand beach to relax on and the well-appointed day visitor facilities. Special Notes: - Please wear comfortable flat-soled shoes, clothing suited to the weather conditions, a hat and jacket, plenty of biodegradable sunscreen and take bottled water. - Please wear your swimmers under clothes and bring a towel and cash or credit card for souvenirs or optional activities. - Guests wishing to snorkel should be fully able bodied with a medium level of fitness and always snorkel with a buddy, never snorkel alone. - All swimming and snorkelling activities are undertaken at guests own risk Certain medical conditions including heart and lung conditions may prevent participation. - Free time on Green Island may vary due to the ship schedule. Also included is the use of the resort swimming pool. - Guests can choose between two activities: snorkelling (deposit required for gear), or glass bottom boat experience. - A short bus transfer to Cairns is Provided to get to the departure point
