Enjoy a real mountain adventure on an off road adventure safari – a truly personalised and exclusive experience in a group of no more than 16. We travel westward up rugged forest trails to Tamborine Mountain, taking in spectacular views along the way. At the top, we take a refreshing and leisurely walk through sub-tropical rainforest to a waterfall where you will be fascinated by the variety of unique fauna and flora including ferns, palms, elkhorns, staghorns, orchids and giant strangler figs. Next, it's time for a freshly baked morning tea of scones, jam and cream with tea, coffee and hot chocolate in a beautiful private setting. Afterward, you'll be ready for a stroll along the famous Tamborine Mountain “Gallery Walk” with its many local arts and crafts, collectibles and gift shops. Enjoy a delicious barbecue lunch at a private property followed by a visit to a local winery for a formal tasting of fine Australian wines before the scenic drive back to the ship.

Temperatures in the mountains can be 5-10 degrees cooler than in Brisbane – a warm jacket is recommended in the winter months.
