Enjoy a brief coach tour of Albany’s highlights. Take the Tree Top Walk at the Valley of the Giants. This raised walkway takes you into the forest canopy on a 548 metre loop, with structures 36.5 metres above the ground at the highest point. The slope is a 1 in 12 incline.
Time permitting, walk the Ancient Empire trail and see the grand old red tinglewood trees that grow nowhere else in the world. Some trees are more than 15.5 metres in circumference.
Visit a local winery and enjoy the beautiful scenery along Mt Shadforth Drive.
