Travel along the Princess Royal Harbour shoreline and enjoy the coastline and scenery en route to Torndirrup National Park. Here you can walk to a lookout for glorious views of dramatic land formations called ‘The Gap’ and ‘Natural Bridge’. The Gap drops 78 feet to the raging sea while the Natural Bridge resembles a huge granite suspension bridge spanning the torrent. It’s a thrilling vantage point, and for safety purposes, guests should not deviate from marked paths during the walk.
Albany Wind Farm is on the edge of a cliff overlooking the coast. This eco-friendly farm has twelve 1,800-kilowatt wind turbines, each 213 feet tall with enormous 115-foot-long blades. The wind turbines are some of the biggest in the world and the largest in the southern hemisphere. Take the pathway along the cliff for breathtaking scenic coastline views.
