Special Notes*min age 12 years. *min weight 45 kg max 130 kg *Riders should be of good physical health and be able to stand and balance unaided. Riders should also have no major knee or foot conditions and be able to stand for at least half an hour. *Riders should have adequate 20:20 vision and be able to see short and far distances or have glasses/contact lenses to assist eyesight. *Use of hand held cameras or phones is prohibited while riding the Segway, however guests are welcome to film or photograph Segway riders or scenery while not riding the Segway. (Eg: at rest stops or photos taken of the guests riding the Segway by another person). *Riders should be able of good mental health and able to follow directions of the Tour Guide. *Riders must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. *Guest who are pregnant or suspect they are pregnant should not ride on a Segway. *Throughout the tour there will be at least one rest stop where guests can dismount the Segway and sit and rest on chairs or benches provided along the tour by council. *Amount of walking during free time is at guests discretion. * Guests with visual or hearing impairments must travel with a companion at all times. *Order of sights visited may vary and itinerary may be reversed. * Passengers must be aware that they take this tour at their own risk. * Not all coaches will have seat belts, however if they do guests are required by law to wear them. *Please find the following standards regarding electric scooters/wheelchairs on tour: All wheelchairs, scooters and walking aids will be stowed in the coach luggage compartment. 1. Due to Occupational Workplace Health & Safety standards in Australia drivers are not allowed to lift electric scooters/wheelchairs heavier than 30 kilograms in weight onto coaches or touring vehicles (unless the scooter is able to be broken down into parts all less then 30 kilograms). It is up to the discretion of the driver on the day to assess whether or not the scooter/wheelchair is compliant with the above conditions. 2. Bob Wood Cruise Group must be advised of any scooter/wheelchair intended to be used on tour at least 24 hours in advance in order to avoid potential guest disappointment. 3. Bob Wood Cruise Group accepts no responsibility for any damage caused to the passenger whilst operating the scooter or to the scooter/wheelchair itself whilst on tour. Passengers take scooters/wheelchairs on tour at their own risk. Please note that passenger safety is paramount to Bob Wood Cruise Group at all times, however passengers must be aware that they take electric scooters/wheelchairs on tour at their own risk.
