Out of Pocket Claim

Please use this form to submit any out of pocket expenses incurred as a result of a changed itinerary or cruise cancellation. Reimbursement will be considered on a case by case basis and will require proof that your travel insurance provider has denied your claim or you are unable to retrieve any refunds or credit notes from the airline or hotel you booked through.
