P&O Pride Cruise Wedding Competition

The largest wedding ceremony ever onboard a cruise ship, celebrating Same Sex, Gender Diverse and LGBTQIA+ Supporter/ally couples, hosted by Australia's most loved and enduring comedy characters, Bob Downe'

5 couples will be given the opportunity to celebrate their wedding onboard each P&O Pride Cruise in 2022, prior to the ship’s departure from its home port.

We are encouraging Same-sex and Gender Diverse couples to participate in the competition, however it is also open to LGBTQIA+ community allies and supporters. Over the last 2 years it has been challenging for any engaged couple to wed, with COVID-19 impacting nuptial plans or couples affected by last minute cancellations/reschedules.

P&O Cruises has previously supported legislation that legalised same-sex marriages and celebrated with the LGBTQIA+ community in Australia when it did happen in November 2017.
