Ginger Chilli Pork with Hokkien Noodles


  • 600gm Pork strips
  • 75gm Sliced button mushrooms
  • 100gm Diagonal cut carrots
  • 50gm Triangle cut red peppers
  • 50gm Triangle cut green peppers
  • 50gm Triangle cut yellow peppers
  • 100gm Diagonal sliced spring onion
  • 1 Tbsp Garlic ginger
  • 10 Dried red chili flakes

Vegetable oil


Hokkien noodles (soaked)

Sauce (Mix Together)
  • 75 ml Oyster sauce
  • 75 ml Soy sauce
  • 25gm Sugar
Serves 10

  1. Season pork and marinate with oil, garlic ginger paste and chili flakes
  2. Stir-fry in hot wok till cooked and set aside.
  3. On the same empty pan, pour-in the remaining cooking oil.
  4. Stir-fry the carrots and peppers, add mushrooms, and finish off with spring onions
  5. Add veg to pork and pre-soaked noodles
  6. Pour in sauce mix and allow to heat through
  7. Toss and remove from heat
  8. Garnish.
  9. Serve.
