Ginger Chilli Pork with Hokkien Noodles
Ingredients:
- 600gm Pork strips
- 75gm Sliced button mushrooms
- 100gm Diagonal cut carrots
- 50gm Triangle cut red peppers
- 50gm Triangle cut green peppers
- 50gm Triangle cut yellow peppers
- 100gm Diagonal sliced spring onion
- 1 Tbsp Garlic ginger
- 10 Dried red chili flakes
Seasoning
Vegetable oil
Noodles
Hokkien noodles (soaked)
Sauce (Mix Together)
- 75 ml Oyster sauce
- 75 ml Soy sauce
- 25gm Sugar
Serves 10
Estimated portion size per person: 135grm
Method:
- Season pork and marinate with oil, garlic ginger paste and chili flakes
- Stir-fry in hot wok till cooked and set aside.
- On the same empty pan, pour-in the remaining cooking oil.
- Stir-fry the carrots and peppers, add mushrooms, and finish off with spring onions
- Add veg to pork and pre-soaked noodles
- Pour in sauce mix and allow to heat through
- Toss and remove from heat
- Garnish.
- Serve.
