- 45ml Popcorn infused vodka
- 15ml Butterscotch schnapps
- 15ml Caramel syrup
- 60ml Cream
- Pour all ingredients into ice filled shaker, shake and double strain into
a large rock glass with a salt rim filled with ice.
Garnish with popcorn and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
- For the popcorn vodka, add 1L of vodka to 100g of
fresh butter popcorn, infuse for at least 2 hours
after 1 day strain the vodka.
