Lychee and Lemonade Mojito in partnership with Bacardi

• 45ml Bacardi Rum
• 7ml Lychee syrup
• 4 lime wedges
• 6 mint leaves
• 60ml lemonade

Muddle the 4 wedges of fresh lime with 6 - 8 Mint leaves & Lychee syrup then shake them in a cocktail shaker. Pour all ingredients in a tall glass, add the rum and ice and top it up with lemonade. Stir & mix well.
