Booking Restrictions

Please note the following:

Deposits are required at the time of booking via Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Diners Club credit cards (subject to a 1% service charge). Deposit amounts are dependent on your cruise. Please note in some cases, the full balance of your cruise booking may be payable at time of booking.

Only passengers residing in Australia or New Zealand are able to book via the online booking system.

In order for us to offer you our best service, you must contact our Customer Service team on 13 24 69 for Australia or 0800 95 12 00 for New Zealand, to make a booking in the following circumstances:

• If you, or a member of your party uses or requires the use of a wheelchair and/or you wish to book one or more cabins for limited mobility passengers.
• If you or a member of your party has a dietary requirement, a medical condition which may necessitate special treatment or a disability meaning you or the member of your party may have special requirements.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings for any children who, at your chosen departure date, are aged less than 12 months.

PREGNANCY

P&O Cruises cannot accept any passenger who will have entered the 24th (or later) week of pregnancy by the end of the cruise.
