St Lucia
The charms of this, the loveliest of Caribbean islands, are many and varied. Soufriere is the world’s only “drive-in” volcano; Marigot Bay is almost unbelievably pretty and the Creole cuisine is rightly famed throughout the Caribbean.
St. Lucia is one of the loveliest Caribbean Isles, passengers may enjoy exploring St. Lucia via mountain bike to Errard Falls, or by hiking over 10 miles of scenic trails, including Tinker's Trail for views of the twin peaks of the Pitons which soar 2,000 feet up from the sea. The lush forests, the twin peaks of the Pitons, the lovely Marigot Bay and the charming French atmosphere of Castries - the capital city- are all impossible to forget. St. Lucia is the 2nd largest of the Windward Isles. The island has changed hands between France and Britain numerous times in its history and traces of both cultures are evident here.
