How To Book a Cruise

When you’re ready to book, please make sure you have the following information on hand:

Please note that by making a reservation and paying a deposit, you will be deemed to have read and accepted our Booking and Passage Conditions.

  1. Cruise Details

    When making a booking we ask for the ship name, cruise number and departure date. These are shown in the price panel on the itinerary pages.

  2. Stateroom Details

    We need to know what ‘grade’ of stateroom you have chosen to travel in and how many passengers will be occupying the stateroom. There is a choice of single, twin, triple or quadruple occupancy.

  3. Passenger Details (as per passport)

    We request the full name including title (Mr, Mrs, Miss, etc), first and middle name and gender for each passenger as it appears in your passport. Details as per other photo ID are acceptable for selected domestic cruises as noted in the Passports and Documentation section.

  4. Date of Birth

    We will also ask for each passenger’s date of birth, including children and infants. Please note that passengers under the age of 18 years must travel with a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years.

  5. Address Details

    We require the full mailing address of each passenger (including postcode) and at least one contact telephone number.

  6. Air & Hotel Details

    If you’re flying to embark your cruise, we need to know which airport you’re flying from. If you’re taking one of our air options please let us know which days you wish to fly and any pre or post cruise hotel accommodation you would like.

  7. Dinner Seating Details

    Pacific Sun and Pacific Star

    Classic Dining on Pacific Sun and Pacific Star offers traditional dining in the main dining room with a choice of either 1st or 2nd sitting. To request your preference for 1st or 2nd sitting, or seating with a specific party, please let us know at time of booking. Seating arrangements in the dining room are made by request on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Pacific Dawn

    Your Choice Dining is available on Pacific Dawn, where you choose to dine when and with whom you like each evening in the main dining room. Reservations for a specific time at the main dining room can only be made onboard during your cruise.

  8. Special Requirements

    If you or any individuals travelling with you have any special dietary or medical requirements this should be made known to us at the time of booking.

  9. Mobility

    Passengers who are not fully mobile and use mobility aids (whether permanently or periodically) must let us know at the time of booking. We will then contact you if further information is required.

  10. Honeymoon & Anniversaries

    If you are celebrating a honeymoon, anniversary, birthday or special occasion, please ensure you let us know at time of booking. We have a range of services available to help you celebrate such as wine packages and floral arrangements. Please note, charges apply for these services. Call us for more information.

  11. Services for Groups Travelling Together (on select sailings only)

    We offer a number of onboard services to suit any group travelling onboard together. Services on offer include, meeting areas, audio/visual equipment, cocktail parties with canapés, entertainment, invitations, group photos and cakes. Please note, charges may apply. Speak to us about arranging any of these services at time of booking.

Confirmation, Deposits and Payment

  • When you’re happy with the accommodation offered and the fare quoted, you will be given a bookingreference number.
  • Fill out the details on the Cruise Personaliser
  • Bookings must be secured by a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit, within 7 days of confirmation. The balance of all fares must be received no later than 60 days prior to sailing or 90 days prior to sailing for cruises N734, N701, N801, W801, R701, R742N, R801, and R809-R833. See the booking conditions section under ‘Deposits and Payment’ for more information and special conditions for various cruises.
