Q. Who has access to Cruise Personaliser?
A. Both passengers and travel agents have access to Cruise Personaliser. Booking number and passenger names (as per cruise booking) are required to enter Cruise Personaliser.
Q. How do I gain access?
A. Enter the P&O Cruises website on www.pocruises.com.au and go to the ‘Cruise Personaliser’ section on the page. Booking number and passengers names are then entered into the required fields.
Q. Who do I contact if I have forgotten or lost my booking number?
A. You can call Carnival Australia during the hours of 7am – 8pm AEST (Monday to Friday), 9am - 5pm AEST (Saturday and Sunday) on 13 24 69.
Q. What type of information can I view in Cruise Personaliser?
A. You can view cruise itinerary, dining requested, grade and cabin number (cabin numbers are subject to change), immigration details, hotels, transfers, any dietary or medical requirements and pre or post packages already requested on the booking.
Q. Can I add or update information in Cruise Personaliser?
A. The only details that can be added or updated are phone numbers and the immigration details (including address, emergency contact and passport details).
Q. Can I book my shore tours in Cruise Personaliser for the Australian cruises?
A. Unfortunately, shore tours can not be reservered on Cruise Personaliser.
Q. Can I make online bookings through Cruise Personaliser?
A. No. Cruise Personaliser is for either travel agents or passengers with a current booking that needs further personal information supplied n order have their tickets dispatched. Please note that full payment is required along with immigration details for tickets to be issued. Cruises are normally opened for ticketing 60 days prior to their sail date.
Q. Are there any differences between the manual form details and the data entered online?
A. Yes. There are some minor differences in the data able to be entered through this service. Dining (including dietary requests) and medical requests can not be entered into Cruise Personaliser.
Q. Is there a cost for using the Cruise Personaliser service?
A. No. There is no charge to either travel agents or passengers for using this service.
