Cabin Service
Once you have settled into your cabin, your Cabin Staff will introduce themselves. They will offer to provide a morning call and ask whether you prefer tea or coffee. All cabins onboard are also equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities. Throughout your holiday, the cabin staff will keep your cabin spick and span, replenish towels and linen, collect and deliver laundry, clean your shoes and bring you a continental breakfast in bed, if required. If there’s anything else you need – some ice, more towels or glasses, a vase, an extra blanket or pillow – simply ask, as they are more than happy to assist.
Butler Service
The two penthouses on Aurora and ‘A’ grade cabins on Adonia, Aurora, Oceana and Oriana have a shared butler in addition to the cabin steward/ess. The butler provides a wide range of services including unpacking your luggage and the service of meals in your suite/cabin if required.
Personal Safe
All ships have safes in the cabin for you to keep your valuables secure.
