Our handy Cruise Control is a free service that lets you update your pre-cruise information and see a summary of your booking on Pacific Dawn, Pacific Jewel or Pacific Pearl.
A separate window will display the log-in area for which you will need: your first name, surname and booking reference number.
Important: completing the Cruise Control before your cruise departure date makes it easy for P&O Cruises to contact family in case of an emergency.
The personal information you provide on Cruise Control (and any additional information you provide in the event we ask for further details) is collected to update pre-cruise information and to administer your cruise. Certain information may be required under immigration, customs or maritime security laws. Every passenger included in your booking will have access to the information (excluding credit card details) about yourself and other passengers in the booking. You may provide and update the information of any other passenger in your booking and they may provide and update your information.
If you provide us with the personal information of any other passengers, you must have the authority of those passengers to do so or, if the passengers are under the age of 18, you must be their parent or legal guardian.
Information on Cruise Control may also be disclosed to our service providers such as ticketing companies, your travel agent, port agents, emergency response providers, port authorities, Immigration, Customs, airlines, hotels, shore tour operators, mailing houses and related entities within the Carnival group of companies for purposes related to conducting our business. You may access information we hold about you, subject to restrictions under the Privacy Act. Certain information is required to be collected under immigration or customs laws. If you do not provide the information requested, we may be unable to process your booking or provide you with certain services during your cruise.
What will I find in my Cruise Control?
At a glance, you can view your itinerary, dining options, cabin category and cabin number (subject to change), contact details, passport information, emergency contacts and any dietary or medical requirements already requested.
Who has access to Cruise Control?
Both passengers and travel agents have access to Cruise Control.
Where can I find my booking reference number?
If you were the person who booked through our Reservations Centre or at a travel agent, you would have received your booking reference as part of your confirmation. Each person on a booking can access Cruise Control using their own first name, surname and the booking reference number. If you did not make the booking, you will need to contact the person who did to obtain the booking reference. Once you have logged in, you will notice that all people in the party are displayed under the same booking reference number.
Please Note: if you provide us with the personal information of any other passengers, you must have the authority of those passengers or if the passengers are under the age of 18, you must be their parent or legal guardian.
Who do I contact if I have forgotten or lost my booking number?
You can call P&O Cruises during the hours of 7am – 8pm AEST (Monday to Friday) and 8am - 5pm AEST Saturday on 1300 159 454.
Are there any differences between the manual form details and the data entered online?
Yes. There are some minor differences in the data able to be entered through this service. Dining (including dietary requests) and medical requests can not be entered into Cruise Control.
Can I make online bookings through Cruise Control?
No. Cruise Control is for either travel agents or passengers with a current booking that needs further personal information supplied in order have their tickets dispatched. Please note that full payment is required along with immigration details for tickets to be issued. Cruises are normally opened for ticketing 60 days prior to their sail date.
Can I add or update information in Cruise Control?
The only details that can be added or updated are phone numbers and the immigration details (including address, emergency contact and passport details).
