Leaving your ship, you will walk a short distance to board a high speed ferry for an approximate 35 minute ride along the gorgeous Waitemata Harbour, affording wonderful photo opportunities of the Auckland waterfront, surrounding beaches, and coastal scenery. Arriving on Waiheke Island, board your tour coach and travel through the pretty Oneroa Village. Beautiful views of the coastline will be in abundance as you drive to Onetangi Beach. Here, enjoy an exclusive morning tea before visiting two local vineyards for a guided tour with wine tasting. On our return journey will be by ferry back to Auckland and your awaiting ship.

Call on Montgomery's Hill Vineyard using grapes picked from this Kalgan River property and producing a wine to tingle the palate and rush the senses. Pop in on the Wignalls Wines family owned cellar and discover why they have received over fifty Gold and Trophies to date, both domestically and internationally. The White Star Hotel is expecting us for lunch; here they will show us their history, dating back to just after the first settlement in 1826. Tanglehead produces a range of award winning handcrafted and lunch overlooking Albany's Princess Royal Harbour is a guaranteed treat. Last but not least, tour the Mount Romance Sandalwood Factory and learn how this exotic oil, essential to the perfume trade, has a long history of medicinal use.

Delicious local cuisine is one of the many reasons people visit Lombok. The island is well known for its delicious tofu, water spinach, buffalo crackers and shrimp paste, among many other things. Todays cooking tour begins with visiting a local market, where you and your guide will purchase the product for the class. Head back to school and enjoy coffee, tea and traditional snacks before starting on todays culinary journey which will have you grinding, blending and frying up a storm. At the end of the class you can sample your own freshly cooked meal in your tropical surroundings.

Experience the multicultural heart and soul of Broome through its local delicacies. This is a town tour with a difference - the perfect introduction to Broome for travellers who are keen to explore a different side of this diverse outback town. The afternoon epicurean adventure explores the highlights of this remote Kimberley oasis and its fascinating history while indulging in its best culinary secrets. Visit the Kanagae Estate to see the mango orchards and taste some of their delicious local produce. Sample fresh oysters at the Broome jetty and taste local beers at the Matsos Boutique Brewery while learning of its unique history. Enjoy a bush tucker walk and try a local recipe at Minyirr Park. Your guide will take you on an extensive tour of this state-of-the-art winery before you settle down to sample approximately eight different wines within the estate's world-class wine tasting area. As part of the tour package, a complimentary bottle of Vineyard Selection wine is yours to take home. Then it’s time to journey south to Mount Tamborine, a volcanic plateau that is home to national parks and now-chic villages complete with galleries, cafes and craft studios. Take time out at Cedar Creek Estate’s charming winery restaurant overlooking a lake alive with native birdlife, the perfect setting for your wine tasting experience and set menu lunch. Your visit includes a guided walk through a private Glow Worm Cave. Continue your journey further into the rainforest by partaking in the Tamborine Rainforest Discovery Skywalk. Departing from the Rainforest Eco Gallery, begin your adventure on a spectacular elevated walkway through the beautiful middle and upper canopies of the rainforest. It descends gradually to the lower canopy and follows points of interest including rockpools and waterfalls, a butterfly lookout, local history enclosure and sheltered rest areas along the way until reaching the amazing Cantilever. This is a 40 metre long span soaring 30 metres above the valley, with spectacular views over the creek and the rainforest canopies below. Finally the walk returns along the rainforest floor to the Centre.

In the past three decades, Western Australia's Margaret River has risen to international prominence as a producer of fine wines & beers. The first vineyards in the region were planted in 1967. Four decades later, the Margaret River has over 60 wineries in commercial operation. Explore the district on a narrated drive that visits two leading wineries - Leeuwin Estate and Saracen Estates for tours and tasting. We also visit the Duckstein Brewery - a German-style brewery where we enjoy 4 beer tastings. This brewery was awarded the “Best Boutique Brewery in Western Australia” in 2010.

Travel south from Bunbury to Geographe Bay and the Capel River exploring this scenic area on a narrated drive to the Capel Vale Winery and Tuart Forest. Founded in 1974, Capel Vale is noted for its varietal bottlings produced from a number of vineyard sites through Southwest Australia. Tour the winery and taste recent vintages before sitting down to a 3-course lunch in the winery restaurant. Next, journey through Tuart Forest National Park, consisting of over 5,000 acres of open forest, the park is home to the last tall Tuart trees in Western Australia. The tall eucalyptus was highly prized during the pioneer period for its wood, which is both durable and beautiful. Your guide points out other examples of native flora. Before returning back to the ship enjoy free time to explore Busselton, a quaint seaside town on the shores of Geographe Bay. Stroll the longest wooden jetty in the Southern Hemisphere or visit one of the local galleries or craft studios.

Visit one of Australia’s finest collections of heritage items from the pioneering past whilst sampling the boutique beers of the region before enjoying a gourmet lunch at Wild Bull Brewery which set in the wine country of the Ferguson Valley. Our first call is at Dardanup Heritage Park, located in Dardanup approximately 15 minutes from Bunbury in WA. This is a world class collection of working agricultural and industrial machinery from our pioneering past including rare and unique tractors, dozers, military equipment, wagons and buggies and steam powered engines. The park is one of Australia’s finest collections of heritage items dedicated to our pioneers and the equipment they used to develop our state over the past 120 years. Next we hit the high country and venture up to the Ferguson Valley and hills to Wild Bull Brewery. This will be our picturesque location for lunch and tasting, the brewery offers four brews - Wild Bull Bitter, Wild Bull Irish Ale, Wild Bull Amber Ale and Wild Bull Stout Then we meander back to Bunbury, stopping at Koombana Bay to experience Mash Brewery’s beer before returning to the wharf.

Board your air-conditioned motorcoach and drive east to Dardanup township and the rolling hills, vineyards and forests of the Ferguson Valley - home to forests, lavender farms, inns – and award-winning wineries. Explore the valley on a narrated drive that includes visits to two award-winning wineries. Visit St Aidan Wines, a boutique vineyard in the Ferguson Valley, centre of the emerging Geographe wine region of West Australia, which produces award winning wines.
