Leaving your ship, you will walk a short distance to board a high speed ferry for an approximate 35 minute ride along the gorgeous Waitemata Harbour, affording wonderful photo opportunities of the Auckland waterfront, surrounding beaches, and coastal scenery. Founded in 1974, Capel Vale is noted for its varietal bottlings produced from a number of vineyard sites through Southwest Australia. Next, journey through Tuart Forest National Park, consisting of over 5,000 acres of open forest, the park is home to the last tall Tuart trees in Western Australia. Visit one of Australia’s finest collections of heritage items from the pioneering past whilst sampling the boutique beers of the region before enjoying a gourmet lunch at Wild Bull Brewery which set in the wine country of the Ferguson Valley. Our first call is at Dardanup Heritage Park, located in Dardanup approximately 15 minutes from Bunbury in WA. This is a world class collection of working agricultural and industrial machinery from our pioneering past including rare and unique tractors, dozers, military equipment, wagons and buggies and steam powered engines. The park is one of Australia’s finest collections of heritage items dedicated to our pioneers and the equipment they used to develop our state over the past 120 years. Next we hit the high country and venture up to the Ferguson Valley and hills to Wild Bull Brewery. This will be our picturesque location for lunch and tasting, the brewery offers four brews - Wild Bull Bitter, Wild Bull Irish Ale, Wild Bull Amber Ale and Wild Bull Stout Then we meander back to Bunbury, stopping at Koombana Bay to experience Mash Brewery’s beer before returning to the wharf.
